eReadyness Analyse
The INPOSIA rollout portal first collects the business partner’s IT, processing and organisational possibilities and requisites from the business partner (eReadiness analysis). This information enables the customer to plan the service mix to optimise the exchange of business processes with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.

In the next step, the business partners are presented with the procedures they need to be aware of; the business partners register the most optimal procedures for them, issue consent forms and, if needed, mandates. (eRollout).

In the final step, detailed information such as guidelines, descriptions of procedures, parameter sheets and master data are exchanged and dates fixed in order to implement the technical and organisational solution.
Erinnerungs- & Hilfefunktion
Reminders and help functions support the business partner at the outset of the process as well as throughout the business relationship via the user self-service portal. The customer can always monitor the status of the eReadiness questionnaire, rollout and onboarding.
Operated as a cloud platform, the solution has a high degree of availability and is suitable for projects involving several thousand business partners.
If required, INPOSIA supports the rollout to strategic business partners by providing a rollout team. Experienced RO managers contact the partners, verbally convince them to participate in electronic procedures and check at regular intervals whether the business partner has provided the necessary deliverables.
